Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using Neoeyes, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Neoeyes. Neoeyes is operated by Serow Softworks LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

2. The Service

Neoeyes lets you capture location-tagged photos that are shared anonymously on a public map, create geographic "bounties," and acknowledge other users' photos. Content you submit — including photos, bounty titles, and bounty descriptions — is visible to other users.

3. Your Content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or these Terms. You grant Serow Softworks LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the service.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abuse

Neoeyes has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not submit content that includes:

  • Sexual or pornographic material
  • Child sexual abuse material, which we report to the relevant authorities
  • Violence, threats, or hate directed at any person or group, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Harassment, bullying, or stalking
  • Another person's private information ("doxxing")
  • Illegal activity
  • Spam or deceptive content

We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion and without notice, for violating this section.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

All uploads are automatically screened before they become publicly visible. You can report content and block other users from within the app; blocking immediately hides all of that user's content from you and notifies our moderation team. We review reports and act on objectionable content — including removing it and ejecting the responsible user — within 24 hours.

6. Location Data

Photos you capture include the location where they were taken and are shown publicly on the map. Do not capture photos in places where you do not want the location revealed. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serow Softworks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Neoeyes after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will require renewed in-app acceptance.
