Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Neoeyes, operated by Serow Softworks, maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to the safety and protection of children on our platform and comply with all applicable laws, including the requirements of the Google Play Developer Program.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
Neoeyes strictly prohibits the following:
- Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Content that facilitates grooming, trafficking, or any other form of exploitation of children
- Any imagery or communication intended to solicit, distribute, or promote the sexual exploitation of children
- Content that depicts or promotes the physical or emotional abuse of minors
- Any attempt to use the platform to contact, solicit, or engage with minors for exploitative purposes
Detection and Prevention
All content uploaded to Neoeyes is automatically scanned using Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch before it becomes publicly visible. Images that are flagged by automated moderation are withheld from public view and may be subject to additional human review. We continuously work to improve our detection capabilities and moderation processes.
Reporting and Enforcement
If CSAE content is identified on our platform, we take the following actions:
- The content is immediately removed from public visibility
- The associated user account is permanently suspended
- A report is filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required by U.S. federal law
- Relevant evidence is preserved and provided to law enforcement as required by applicable law
How to Report
If you encounter any content on Neoeyes that you believe involves the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, please report it immediately:
- Email us at support@neoeyes.io with the subject line "CSAE Report"
- You may also file a report directly with NCMEC at https://report.cybertip.org/
All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality.
Age Requirements
Neoeyes is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will promptly delete the account and associated data.
